🧺 Product & Quality

Q: Where do you source your products from?
A: I've found items to sell at thrift stores, garage/yard sales, estate sales and from people just like YOU! People that have things sitting around collecting dust have contacted me to sell in bulk.

Q: Are your clothes washed before shipping?
A: Yes! Every item goes through a full quality check process. We soak if needed, stain treat, wash, iron (if needed) and do our best to make sure there is no lint or pet hair on the item when it ships out.

Q: Are your items authentic vintage?
A: Absolutely! Vintage is defined as items between 20 to 100 years old. I have many ways to to determine if an items is true vintage or not and I only list it as such if it's been verified. 


📏 Sizing & Measurements

Q: Do you rely on tag sizes?
A: No — vintage items often shrink or stretch over time. We measure every piece flat and include exact measurements in the listing. You can read a blog I've put together on Measuring Pre-Owned Clothes Before Purchasing.

Q: What if something doesn’t fit?
A: Please check the measurements carefully before purchasing. If there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll work with you.


📦 Shipping & Returns

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days via USPS.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: I know purchasing clothes online can be tricky, this is why I provide exact measurements of everything I post. I will accept returns though. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.
