1. Eligibility

2. Products & Listings

  • Blues City Resale specializes in vintage, pre-owned, and new resale items. Unless otherwise stated, items are sold “as-is” with no manufacturer warranty.

  • We provide detailed descriptions, measurements, and photographs. However, slight variations in color, sizing, or condition may occur due to lighting, display settings, and the nature of pre-owned goods.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to review product details before purchasing.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • We accept payment through the secure processors available at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit cards).

  • Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Once an order leaves our possession, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. Delays or lost packages must be handled through the carrier.

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Local pickup may be offered when applicable.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

  • Returns are only accepted if an item is materially misrepresented in its description.

  • Requests for return/refund must be made within 14 days of delivery, with photo evidence of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, product descriptions, logos, and content on Blues City Resale’s Services are the property of Blues City Resale, LLC.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blues City Resale, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

  • Maximum liability, if found, shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in dispute.

8. Privacy

  • Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Continued use of our Services means you accept the revised Terms.
